I am a wife and mom of three boys, 8 and under. Over the past few years (and especially since becoming a mom), I’ve realized how often women neglect to prioritize their own self care and self confidence. Sometimes it’s to take care of others (hello mom life), and sometimes it’s because other things just seem more important (like work, for example).
My goal with everything I do, from my blog to COCO Digital Styling, is to create an approachable and supportive community. A place where everyone feels welcome and comfortable in their own skin, and in their own homes. A place that encourages you to be whole, not perfect. Through my wardrobe and home styling services, I hope to help women find the confidence they deserve in an affordable and accessible way!
My Story
How I Got Started
My love for fashion and home decor started young. I can remember being so excited to read random fashion magazines in the checkout line at the grocery store, and to help my dad pick out carpet for the addition to our house. I attended the Fashion Institute of Technology in NYC after high school for Fashion Merchandising Management. Moving to such a big city was incredibly overwhelming, and a huge growth experience for me. Amongst many life lessons, it made me realize how much I appreciated my close-knit family and being close to home. I ended up moving home to finish my degree in Strategic Communication at Ohio State, then went on to work at a creative ad agency for seven years.
Once I had my babies, I quickly realized that I needed a more flexible lifestyle. I quit my agency job, but knew I needed a creative outlet, which is when my blog, Coratola Co., was born. It has given me a way to share the things I love, while also creating a community of so many incredible, inspiring women. I strive every day to use my platform to make a positive impact, and I so appreciate that you’re here for the ride!
